Kb Chops Are Great, Make A Paste Of Olive Oil, Fresh Mint, Fresh Thyme And Blend That Up And Take The Chops Drop Them In A Black Skillet WITH A LITTLE OLIVE OIL And Sear Them On Both Sides And Rub The Mix On Them And Cook In Oven At 375 On Bake And Covered For 20 To 25 Mins. Also Put A Little Salt And Black Pepper On The Before You Sear Them, Not Much Salt Try TheM Very Good Buy FreSh Chops Not Frozen
