They would have seen that the fix is still in this league...

Refs knew that everyone and their mother was on Lakers 2nd half to just win the game and gave them no calls whatsoever...Kobe got fouled at least 5 or 6 times with the whistle being swallowed which resulted in Bryant getting two technical fouls for bitching and eventually getting thrown out of the game. Refs knew that Vegas would have got absolutely slaughtered had the Lakers covered the 2nd half wager and made sure it wasnt gonna happen. Believe me or not but you had to have watched the 2nd half to know exactly what I am talking about....FUCKING CLASSIC!!!

Or maybe they have pagers still and they page the ref with who they need and then he makes Kobe Bryant miss all his shots.

Kobe whines more than any player in the league, about time he didn't get every tic tac whistle. He was slow last night, his shot was flat, and his team was clearly getting outworked...you don't get gift calls when that is the case.

Not to mention Kobe got tossed when they were down 14 points with 3:30 left in the game, considering they were down 13 at half, it was quite obvious the comeback was never coming so Smartmouth Bryant getting tossed made no difference at that point.

And I did watch it, and i bet a grand on the Lakers for the 2nd half. I have no problem with that loss, the Warriors clearly tired them out in the back to back and Charlotte was the better team that night...

And for the record Mr. Cry about the NBA...the bobcats have beaten the Lakers 4 out of 5 games so this wasn't that out of the norm. I can't believe you start this day with another thread whining about the NBA with complaints that aren't even logical and sound more like a sour 2nd half Laker backer.

2nd Half line opens at -8.5...line gets absolutely pounded and moves to -13 before tip...line moves an unheard of and whopping 4.5 points in a matter of 15 minutes....with that kind of uncommon halftime line movement and and BIG MONEY running all over the place who knows how Donuaghy and those guys operate but I would not be shocked if one of those refs is dealing some underground activity with Vegas and was also friends with Donaughy...whether a ref actually has BIG money on the Bobcats covering the 2nd half spread or whatever who knows...that we will never know but if you watched that 2nd half you would have clearly seen this fix is still in through one form or another...

For you to be able to take 1K losses on NBA bets in stride and in the manner in which they consistently push or just fall a point or two short every night makes me very envious of how you do it....

Some books adjust there lines more than Vegas does.I have seen Betus 4 points different than anybody out there.Maybe there in on it.Always remember this Chado.WE are the betting public and WE are the ones that builds all those fance casinos.You made a bet based on the betting public and lost.Happens to us every day.You bitch about this shit more than anybody so I would think by now you would go opposite when you see a line jump like that.Can't blame vegas for you being stubborn.

I take plenty of wins in stride too, never get too high or too low with this stuff and it can be enjoyable and sometimes profitable...This is a great time of year to be betting NBA IMO because teams are putting forth a very high effort level.

And what is the point of sports if the underdog can never win??? Why play sports?? You've just let Vegas get inside your head because they set good numbers for basketball, the refs could give a shit about the second half line, their job is to officiate the action and I saw nothing wrong with how they called that game, AND I WAS LOSING

I think Chado is wrong ont he fix part, but I will tell you that on Bookmaker, it opened at 8.5, I put in my wager and when I went to type the password, the line bumped to 10, tried again and it was 10.5...finally got it at 10.5 -120. By the time it came off the board it was at 12.5. A halftime line that moved 4 freakin' points!

Its funny you say this cause right before I placed my wager on the Lakers 2nd half my gut was telling me "Chad you know its the NBA and the public and what you think should happen will not...dont do it"...and sure enough exactly what my instinct was telling me was right and they lost outright...
