Yesterday was a good day as I had 1 more win (3) than 1 more loss (2). Here is some thoughts on tonight's limited card.
NBA
555 Blazers -2.........3* I will bite on this very low line although the Blazers are coming off a tough game last night.
NCAABB
566 Butler -10..........3*
I usually like taking the points in the conference tourneys but I can't figure this line out. Butler won by 5 @ home last meeting and Cleveland St won by 4 @ Clev St. Clev St has won 7 of their last 8 (both straight up and ATS) but most likely need to win tonight to get into the tourney. Sounds like Clev St should be the play, but hold on.........
Butler (28-3)
Butler's only losses in 2008 have come against Drake and Cleveland St. Butler knows that Cleveland State can play so they will not be looking ahead. Not sure why it happnes, especially in a conference final (See Gonzaga) but it does. I also think that this is a bit of a statement game for Butler. They are also 14-1 at home. The line tells me blow out and I think that Vegas is correct.
