How can be possible that in this league ONLY of all the sports leagues on the face of north america that both the sides and totals land so close to the spread on a consistent nightly basis???? ya the oddsmakers are so good right. They are just NBA geniouses that are also psychis that can read the future and know exactly how well or bad each team will shoot every game???/ Answer me that....

In a league in which shots are takin on almost a 10-20 second basis over a span of 48 minutes with so many runs back and forth and it just lands around the total every night...that makes no fuckin sense at all and for me that is not where I personally would EVER feel extremely cofindent having my money tied up in....its a garbage league...total trash....but I guess this is just my opinion....some love it....and you know I fuckin puke on it.....

well, for one, these linesmakers are pretty sharp.

and there are PLENTY of games that don't come within 15-20 pts of the spread or total every night.

the reason that there are so many swings in basketball and that the numbers seem so close at times mostly relate to the game clock and shot clock. more so in the nba, as each team has to work w/ the 24 second clock. each team is forced into some kind of offense every 24 seconds to say the least. also, made shots are only worth 2-3 pts. easy to see big swings in these games w/ this sort of thing, and also lends itself to being close to the pt. spreads so often.

its not like football where teams can sit on a lead, run the clock out, out of bounds rules, etc etc. nfl teams aren't 'forced' into offense.

i would think this is based more on your assumptions of the league more than any kind of fact. like i said, its the same w/ college, but most don't rip college hoops.

And ok..lets say the fix was eliminated with Donoughy no longer officiating and I will be reasonable in a respect for a second....does common sense tell you that its a good way to make money from betting on a sports league where oddsmakers are so "sharp" as you say??....is that really where you want to put your hard on earned dollars on the line? Hoping that you can actually outsmart NBA oddmakers that have been PROVEN to pin point so many sides and totals on a nightly basis??? More than any other sports league in north america??? It doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure out that you are playing with fire with every NBA wager you may make!!!...that is my point!!!

Not even...if you were to go back and compare all the CBB games to the NBA games you will CLEARLY see the closer proximities to the spread and totals in this league WAY MORE.....even you know that...

HOW MANY NHL GAMES HAVE YOU LOST IN SHOOTOUTS CHADO??? To me, thats the Nhl version of a fix
