I dont get it......I look up with like 10 laps left and guys like Biffle and Montoya are in or near the lead and they dont finish anywhere near the top?

And people say thats hoops and foots are fixed?

How in the fuck did they pass by Tony Stewart like that as if he was parked? I dont know how this shit works and Im sure there are some great reasons but I dont get how guys near the top 1 second finish in the back the next.
