  • Erik Bedard Traded...

to the Seattle Mariners for Adam Jones and probably some other junk......now I know Adam Jones is a great prospect but shit is that all it takes to get a great young lefty who was arguably the best pitcher in the game the 2h of last season?

crazy. only plus is that he's not in the AL East. Got great stuff, and his fantasy value has just gone up because he should get more wins, and better pitchers park.

jordan, i was thinking the same thing about the cubs they could have got bedard and robert they have plenty of prospects, and anyone that follows the cubs know their bigtime prospects are usually not worth a bag of balls. Ex Hee sop cho, corey patterson, david kelton just to name a few

unbelievable to see that happen if it does go down. Think they are rushing this too much because they do not want to pay his salary. Baltimore will remain a bottom feeder for the next couple years now.

As a Baltimore fan, this really sucks. It's hard to believe we used to be one of the better baseball organizations.
