hawks/trail blazers over 182

4 of 5 games have gone over the total last 3 seasons.
2 of 2 games in portland have gone over last 3 seasons.

1 game i'm looking at in college, but i'm not betting it, so it should win. michigan +16.5 at mich st. i'm a spartan fan, but st has only covered 3 of 8 games while laying double digit numbers.
