        EDUCATE ME...

I WAS GOING TO TAKE IOWA AT -6.5. WHY WOULD YOU TAKE MICH. ST? I JUST THINK IOWA IS BETTER OFFENSE AND DEFENSE. EVERYONE WAS ALL OVER ARIZONA ST. AND IOWA DEFENSE CONTROLLED THAT GAME. I THINK THE SAME THING HAPPENS HERE.

                WISE GUY MOVES

LUCKY LEO, THAT JUST MEANS WAGERS WERE MADE EARLY IN THE WEEK DUE TO SOFT/BAD LINES. A WISE GUY IS A BETTOR OR CAN BE A GROUP OF BETTORS (SYNDICATE) THAT EXPOSES BAD LINES AND WAGERS EARLY. OVERALL, THEY WIN MORE THAN THEY LOSE.

Early money is usaully smart money - risky to go the other way.

                        Generally, bet with early money.

Not talking about a huge advantage - early money can lose like anyone else - but the percentage seems to be 54% overall.

The trick is to find smart early money.

Each Sunday PM the big houses give out early lines to a private group of professional gamblers and allow them early bets. The houses then adjust their published public lines in moving them with the early smart money. We get the leftovers. Then there is more early money in early bets Sunday night and Monday. This is not as smart as the other, and is what we get as early money.

Just get Sunday night odds and watrch the Monday line moves.

The second wave of smart money comes before games when good services like Northcoast release and move the lines.

Last week Ariz. St. moved from 10 down to 7 then to 6.5 just before the game as smart money piled on. Proved to be not so smart.
