agree with all your points! that's why i got the giants in early. How do you beat the Pats? Running the ball of the Pats bad rush D and getting pressure on Brady, both of what the Giants do well. I'm still confused why so many good cappers on this site are on the Pats...would love to know their reasoning.

You are correct with your first point and incorrect in your second.

The 1999 Rams won 9 games by 21+ points.

I wasn't sure if it had been done. I'm guessing that team didn't lose many games either!

That was the year TB should've beat the Rams in the NFC Championship game. Maybe I'm slightly biased, but that was the best defensive effort I've ever seen in ANY FB game period. Holding that Rams offense to 9 pts at home was ridiculous. I was at that game and it still hurts when I think about how they lost it. To this day, I still blame Tony Dungy for that SB that TB should've won.

Anyway, Pats put up 35 on Sunday and the over hits!

I keep trying to talk myself out of it for the past 10 days cuz it seems too easy, but I can't. What am I missing? Perfect weather = tons of pts for the PATS and the way Eli is playing (though I hate to give him props) + the Pats susceptibility to give up passing yards in the playoffs (270/game) = more pts as long as the Giants can score TDs and not kick FGs.

This is the exact reason as to why I cant pull the trigger on the over as of yet....wouldnt shock me if the Giants cant convert in the redzone and kick more FG's than TD's....Just heavy on the Pats -10.0 (-150) as of right now...havent decided on the total and may pass on it altogether....
