I wasn't too sure if yesterdays selections, cal and wash applied to the trend....arizona beat ranked wash st as a home fav -2 & was a hm fav again yesterday vs wash & stanford was a rd fav vs cal after beating ucla...isn't the trend to bet against.. only if they are "home favs" after winning vs top 25 as a dog ????

i'm not sure but here is what i understand about the systems combined here. One component is to bet on the unranked team when favored over the ranked team, regardless of home/away (most likely will always be home). The other is to look for the unranked team that has just beaten a ranked team outright, regardless of where the game was. It seems the plays last night clashed because we should have been betting against Cal & Stanford. On the other hand, Washington was the play because of Arizona's win over WSU. Can someone confirm if my line of thinking is correct, please?

System is simple and ack you got it right.......play any unranked favorite playing a ranked dog.........play #2 is to fade the winner of this game the next time out. Thats all it is

Thanks for confirming & keeping me straight, Pimp. Love this system. Have always been mindful of parts of it with my selections, but the complete package here makes more sense.
and tomorrow..(monday) we play against uconn and oklahoma...both home favs after rd dog wins vs top 25's....correct??
Maybe thats a different system, I dont know.
This system is very easy.
#1 Play ON the unranked favorite over a ranked dog.
Remember the unranked favorite has to open the favorite and stay in that role....Miami didnt qualify because they opened as the dog.
#2 FADE the winner of system #1 their next time out.....thats all there is to it, period.
Now the way GG posted it is only fade the unranked favorite if they win and cover....I fade whoever wins that game so I wll also be fading G Town since they beat WVa

yes.both uconn & oklahoma are both unranked home favs after beating top 25's ..indiana and baylor last saturday..

However, going into their games on Saturday, they were not the favorite which is part 1 of the system. In order for Uconn and Ok to fit into this system (part 2, fade them the next time out), they would have to have been the favorite against Indiana and Baylor and they weren't.
While both did beat a top 25 team on Saturday, they weren't the favorites so that play would not apply into part 2 of the system for tonight's game. MCP is correct though, Gtown is a fade on Wed 1/30 against St. John's.
Of course, I could have this all screwed up but I hope not and hope this helps. Watching this trend may be something worth watching. I will see what happens when an unranked team beats a ranked team in the following game.
