Figuring Out A System For Cbb

I have been on the website for a few weeks now and I have been monitoring all the action. I am in the middle of developing a new system for college basketball but I thought I would see if you guys had any suggestions. I know this isn't your usual post but it isn't just a coincidence that some cappers are better than others and this fraud WHYBANT was hot for a few days. I have put some information into spreadsheets and have been tracking picks and final scores. Any suggestions for things to track or specific teams to track.
