  • Unless your a hard core knicks fan....

You probably didn't hear Gus Johnson's call last night at the end of the Knicks/Pistons game.

The game was played yesterday afternoon, the same time the Giants/Cowgirls game was on.

Toward the end of the game, MSG put the end of the Giants game on the jumbotron, and especially on the last drive it was apparant that the crowd and both teams were more focused on the end of the football game then the basketball game.

The funniest part was Johnson doing play by play of the Giants game while there was a time out of the Knicks game and then you hear the MSG crowd shouting DEFENSE!! DEFENSE!! What was classic is that Eddie Curry was on the free throw line, as the crowd was watching the game.

Gus did the play by play of the Tony Homo's interception and the crowd erupted...and classic Johnson said "Oh and by the way, Curry clanked his free throw off the back iron"

I subscribe to the waddle and silvy podcast on ESPN1000 in chicago and it was the first segment if anyone wanted to hear it.

I thought that was damn funny.

One of the trainers for the Pistons went out on the floor to extend a time out by wiping up some "mysterious moisture" as gus johnson called it.
