TK - how great was the buzz around this town last night? 8000 people at the Murphy Canyon headquarters and from all accounts it was a like a rock concert....I just hope they can get healthy and make this a game - the oddsmakers certainly don't think so.

Hey, we will be in the Gaslamp when we win it!!!!

That was great. I was driving to my girlfriend's place on the 15 and I couldn't believe how many people were there.
Unreal. Remind me of when We beat Pitts in 95.

the team matches up very well against the pats. everyone is writing them off, but I think its a big mistake. Their offense is really good: Chambers, Jackson, Gates, and LT and company. The Chargers D also matches up well. Their DBs are some of the best in the NFL, and their front 7 is not bad either.

If this is all true, why did they lose by 24 in the 1st meeting with a healthy LT, Rivers and Gates?

2nd week of season. 2nd week of all new coaching staff. No Chambers, and Phillp Rivers was not who he is now. I also think the Pats D had Colvin at the time. Not that that's a huge deal, but I really think with him and Thomas in the linep they make that team a lot faster. Thomas and Colvin matched up against Gates last time, and now Thomas should be locked in on him most of the time. That leaves Vrable, Seau, and Bruschi to guard against SD's screens, they are all slow, and overrated. Teams have figured out how to score against that D.

I know it was week 9 but 378 rushing yards against minnesota. gimme a break. A healthy Maroney will run all over them.
