Bookmaker isnt bad, use a money gram for a deposit. You call bookmaker they give you the info on how to do it. Then go to walmart customer service and tell them you want to send a money gram. Then your playing

Definitely a good one IMO, and I live less than a 1/2 mile from a Big Ass Wal Mart....JC is right---it's convenient.....

5 Dimes is also a good one....all the ones listed here are reputable and pay.....each has their own different lil scenarios...
