  • Early thoughts on next weekend's NFL games?

Jax now up to +13.5, if we get that up to +14 or +14.5 is that not the right side?

Giants getting over a TD look like the right side? Dallas slumping lately, and w/out a healthy T.O. that offense doesn't go?

Indy and GB both favored by 9, any thoughts there? I was thinking about teasing, but can't decide which I like better, taking the favorites down below a FG, or take the dogs getting more than two TDs?

Any thoughts from the great cappers in here?

Not a great Capper but I like over Dallas 47---played NE -11.5-
I lile SEA on a tease and very undecided on INDY-SD---more than likely INDY on the other half of the tease...just my thoughts..for now...

I like Dallas teased with the over, and Indy teased with the over. Leaning towards J'Ville +14.5 and Seattle +8, but might tease GB down

            What?

Dallas offense is primarily Witten and Barber.....

Just tease Indy and GB down to under a FG like you said....thats the best bet of the entire weekend....I am going big on it....

              Packers -1.0 / Colts - 1.5

SOBER SINCE MARCH 28TH OF 2007!!!

I don't disagree that Witten and Barber are big parts, but let's not forget T.O. had 1355 yards and 15 TDs this year. Witten and Barber combined for 19TDs. They are all key cogs, but Barber and Witten are a lot easier to defend w/out T.O. taking up two defenders.

TO is a huge factor for dallas. He draws the double teams which leaves witten in single coverage vs. linebackers who cant cover him. Witten has been getting shut down w/o TO in the lineup.

                    I like:

                    NE
                    NYG
                    Indy
                    Seattle

                    but what do i know?

I agree about TO being out avoid have to use two defenders to cover him leaving Witten with more room over the middle....

But as for Seattle....how many games do the Packers have to consistently win for them to gain respect? I also didnt give them any all year and they continued to win and cover, win and cover....did you watch how slow Shaun Alexander ran last week and how slow he is in general now after that injury? He is past his prime and done. Also, Hasselback makes some damn poor decisions when passing the ball. Those picks he threw vs the Skins I was like WTF are you doing? Now they have to leave their home field and no longer have the loud crowd and the 12th man behind them. They go to ice cold Lambeau vs the Packers at home with Favre having one of the best seasons of his career. I dont know how anyone can actually even think of taking Seattle....look how weak their division is...the weakest division in all of football.

Scary week bc the lines are bumped up bc of the playoffs, but home team coming off bye. Looking at Indy right now.

Thats why I will most likely not be playing anything straight up ATS....quality week for teasers IMO....
