Eli played great last week until Belichick decided to blitz on every play, then the INT came, the big sack when they were driving at the end of the 3rd...I am sure Gruden will take a page from that book. No secret- get pressure on Eli up the middle and he makes mistakes.

Just got back from that brutal game.

          3 observations:

          1) As I've said for the past 4 years, Gruden has to go. They score on a great drive in the 1st qtr and then refuse to run the ball the entire 2nd qtr. Say what you want about their record this year, but he is brutal, and they only won it because they play in a terrible division.

          2) I stand by my statement that Eli is awful. I know he had a good game today, but there were still a ton of plays he left on the field.

          3) I've been to 30+ TB games over the past 8 yrs, and I never witnessed what I did today at the game. No offense to any Giants fans on this site, but they were brutal at the game. I honestly never saw 1 fight since I bought season tickets in 2000, but I saw 2 today due to rude and ignorant Giant fans.

All in all, a brutal game for me. I didn't have much fait going in, but I didn't expect TB to play that bad.

Yea Gruden got a Super Bowl thanks to the team Tony Dungy built. I fell for the Tampa trap today, got a butt lucky win on SD to split.
            NBA is a joke

So, in your assessment, you give no credit to the Giants other to say that 'awful' Eli was good and left plays on the field, which isn't much credit. Interesting.

I cant really give them much credit cuz I don't think TB was a good team to begin with not to mention the fact they have a shitty coach...beat Dallas and then I'll give them credit.

Regardless of what you may believe, they were a 3 point underdog and went into a hostile environment and dominated.

I thought they would win 7 games this year. They've won 10 and 1 playoff game, far exceeding any Giants fan expectations. The rest is gravy, if there is a 'rest'.

3J, I guess what I was trying to say is I don't think either team is that great, but yea, the Giants are better. In honor of your victory, I'll keep the Giants avatar until the Giants play Dallas. If they win again on Sunday, I'll keep it up for another week.

I'm a Giant fan that's been living in Florida for 11 years. I was also at yesterday's game. I saw the one fight that occurred in the stadium during the game. I have no idea the cause of that fight. It's possible you've never seen a fight in your 30+ games because those 30+ games were attended by 99% Bucs fans. At yesterdays game there was 20-25% Giants fans in attendance. When the Giants took a 24-7 lead the Bucs fans were no saints.

I feel the same way about the Bucs fans. Those flags are a fucking joke. They obstruct the view of the play on the field. There was one Bucs in our section fan that continued to wave the flag. Even other Bucs fans in our area asked him to stop waving. He finally stopped waving when the Giants took a 14-7 lead.

When the Bucs led 7-0 and stopped the Giants on three straight 3-and-out the Bucs fans in my section were talking shit. The trash talking stopped at 7-7.

New Yorkers and NY fans might be rude but the Bucs fans are far more ignorant. The game wasn't even sold out till Friday. The 'ignorant' Giants fans got their hands on 1000s of Bucs fans tickets. That doesn't say much about the Bucs fans base.

Finally, I saw more than a few drunk and belligerent Bucs fans challenging Giants fans to fights after the game and the fans were leaving the stadium. In this case the Bucs fans were the aggressor. The Bucs fan was spewing how the Giants suck etc. The Giants fan responded "enjoy your 9AM tee time". The Bucs fan went ballistic.

Another incident which I forgot to mention. When the Bucs took a 7-0 lead one Bucs fans was intentionally waving his flag in the face of a Giants fan, inches from his face.

Let's not forget 90% of the Gaints fans at yesterday's game are Floridians.
