Neither team in my opinion is anything more than drab--sorry JC... Kentucky has fallen from greatness and this year has had some all time lows. Gillespie new coach new beginnings etc has fallen to Gardner Webb-UAB and San Diego all at home. UK showed up against UNC or at least made the score look respectable. Louisville on the other hand is 9-4--Beat MOREHEAD--MORE HEAD...Iona New Mex St Marshall--Miami Oh--which was a big win IMO...and Old DOM--they are coming off a loss to CINCY--rivalry etc... To get to my point I see this as a stepping stone or a downward spiral for the Wildcats. I could go on and on but don't want to bore everyone...

Bottom line UK needs this game---line opened at 1.5 and now Louisville is up to 2. Key to the game and a win is Jodie Meeks for UK--finally healthy he is my key to this game!

I am taking UK +2--to win at RUPP tomorrow for a fairly decent wager. UK will show up tomorrow IMHO!!!! Good luck if you play or fade!!

THEY BOTH SUCK...THAT USUALLY MEANS TO TAKE POINTS, ESPECIALLY IF YOU CAN GET POINTS WITH THE HOME TEAM! BEST OF LUCK

UK healthy for the first time this year although Jasper still nursing a knee but is supposed to be OK--this is huge for them and could turn their season in the right direction---I do not expect a high scoring game but I do expect a UK victory!! YEP HUGE NUTS!!

thanks Mark--how many times can UK--lose at home--if they do its gambling but this is the way I see it!!

Indifferent on this one, but I do believe Kentucky will be a lot better with Meeks...

Don't forget too that Louisville has Caracter, Padgett, and Palacios all back now too. I think they were looking ahead to this game when they got beat by UC on Tuesday. UK is quite awful. Unfortunately I hear about them all the time, as I work in KY, and even the staunchest of UK fan/idiots are turning their backs on this team. Most "experts" think even if they go 10-6 in the SEC they don't make the tourney. They can go long stretches of time w/o scoring or even getting a decent shot. I wish you the best of luck though!

Bryce I am about ready to leave to Lexington to see these sorry teams play. I prefer to stay home and watch NFL or some other college games. I know these two teams very well. I have made a lot of money betting against these teams latest on New Years day betting on Cincy. To me it is a toss up. That is why I am staying away from this game. Normally I would take UK due to they are a home team and they usually play well at home. But to home losses to Gardner Webb and San Diego home court does not mean anything. Gillespie has not impressed me as a good coach in game situations. He is an excellent recruiter and his teams win due to athletism that is it not by good plays. UK weakness is Patterson UofL plan is to go low with Caracter to try to foul Patterson out. Meeks and Jasper are back but they are not in game shape so U of L will press. So I guess I should put my money on U of L. Well Sosa UofL's point guard is one of dumbest guards I have ever seen Pitino will learn one day to stay away from the flashy New York guards. Sosa has made me so much money by making the wrong decisions that would aid UofL to lose of not cover i.e. Cincy..... UK has another selfish New York guard in Bradley. I would not be surprise if they to go one on one to show off and leave the other players out. So what I am trying to say is THAT I WOULD NOT BET YOUR EX-GIRLFRIENDS MONEY ON THIS GAME. If anything I would go for the under 1291/2 because both teams cannot score....

louisville looked like shit this very same time last year, went on to finish # 2 in the big east and a 6 seed. same thing this year
