Agree with both statements---will be posting in a minute---just been trying to cap some NCAA hoop plays for tonight--I think it all comes down to Kansas and how they deal with the agressive D of V tech..if Tech dominates them or puts in an easy score in early this game may be over early--

O doesn't blow. 4 good WR and 2 qb's playing well. May not have the speed of the USC O or WVU but it's scoring 38 ppg in the last 4 games. Keep an eye on Tyrod Taylor. Future Heisman candidate. And the D is more than capable of scoring as much as the O. Don't read too much into what KU O has done. They played virtually no one this season and were shut out at the half by Missouri. Hokies roll tonight.

You are right in a sense....they are number 52 in the nation with 2500 yards of passing and 1700 yards running. Ore is out for the first Q I believe. They did come on in the last part of the year. Kansas is ranked 5th in the nation defensively and Virg tech is ranked #2. Kansas is ranked 2nd in the nation Offensively. The intangilbles that you don't know what will happen is BEAMER ball--special teams etc...

You're right on there. Special teams are the intangibles I really like. KU hasn't seen any like this before. And the reason the O is ranked really low is due to early season struggles. They were around #100 half way through the season. When they moved to the 2 QB system, things really picked up. Ore being out the first qtr won't matter. He doesn't show up until the second half anyway. His backup Kenny Lewis is really fast and started a couple games early this season. Taylor is their best runner anyway and I expect him to make some big plays with his feet tonight.

Any input on DiPietro's return to the Isles tonight? He has only been out since Dec 26th so I dont think he would be too rusty.
