Delta, All good advice from the vets. I will only add that you should keep an eye on the line movement to see where all the money is going. I pay particular attention to the "last" or the latest move. Many of the smart money players come in late with their plays.

money management question if u dont mind

delta, im glad u started this thread. there is a lot of useful advice which i will keep in mind. i am pretty much in the same boat. i don't want to clog the thread but since we are on the subject of systems/picks......
my question for you or anyone else is a money management question: If your goal was to make $300 a week.... is it better to wager it all on one game or split it up?
(This might be a dumb question...but i also find money management hard....any tips?).

          thanks

I'm a rookie at this as well only been at it a couple years. I have to agree with SKYZ, pick one or two games...bet too many and the juice eats your profit quick even on winning weeks.

I have also done fair at picking a bad capper and going the other way...here again pick only one or two plays.--GL!
