Hey guys, I had a couple hours to myself this morning to cap the NHL games before I hang out with family because after today every team gets two days off and doesnt play again until the 26th of December. Anyway, went 2-2 in the NHL last night as Philly blew a 5-4 lead with only 7 seconds left to lose in a shootout so that one was a tough pill to swallow to avoid a 3-1 day. My play of this week goes for tonight along with a smaller early play. There are 8 games in the NHL for today and I like these selections:
51/52 Pittsburgh Penguins / Boston Bruins UNDER 5.5 (-110) (1 unit
) OT included - STARTS @ 3:00 PM EST
63/64 Montreal Canadiens / Dallas Stas UNDER 5.5 (-125) (2 units ) POW - OT included - STARTS @ 8:00 PM EST
My Habs travel to Dallas tonight to face the Stars in an inter-conference matchup that will feature two strong goaltenders in Carey Price and Marty Turco between the pipes. I have been lights in picking sides and totals with games involving my Habs so lets hope it continues tonight. These two teams dont play very often but seeing the total set at 5.5 and not 5.0 made this a strong play for me as I see it around 3-1, 2-1 type game IMO!!!
