Any tips for picking in bowl pools?

I'm in one where you pick the over/unders and ATS. Are there any trends (overs vs. unders, motivated vs. unmotivated, close to home vs. far from home, conference trends, etc) that anyone uses?

Any places out there they have any tips or trends. For the most part I know who I like ATS, but I don't play/track totals too much.
