It's legal to the extent that it has to be perscribed by a physician. It's not like you could go over to Target and pick it off the shelf with some needles. The most often perscription is to AIDS patients whose bodies are wasting away from the disease. The early forms had to be harvested from the glands of cadavers until the synthetic forms were able to be made. This stuff is the real deal and has outstanding benefits if used correctly. I have friends that are into competitive bodybuilding and they say that you need to stack the HGH with some kind of steroid (test, deca, etc...) to get the big muscle and strength gains. Or you could be like Petitte or Paul Byrd and others who used it to speed their recovery. Obviouslly they did not get huge because of it.

no difference than rodney harrison. and there is a paper trail and admission on him, and they were banned by his sport when he did them.

There is a big difference (Just like Bonds) when Clemens has broken a ton of records. All others who are not in those record books, didn't affect any of them. Guys like Clemens did, and it looks like he cheated to achieve them now.

I think the first half of what you say is accurate but I think most baseball fans and most intelligent people realize that this report barely scratches the surface and that it acknowledges that the sport has a major drug issue. I don't believe most think that if a player is not on the list (i.e. Sosa) they are clean.

I will also say this...if Roger Clemens, or anyone else, is soooo upset that they were named and they were clean, they should sue MLB for slander! Take them to the cleaners! I know if I was clean and named I would take them for every dime I could get, that would be the only way to try save face.
