the nature of how the basketball, especially nba, lends itself to games always hitting right around the number. getting good lines in the nba is very important.

and yes, it can be VERY frustrating.

Nothing to say. Have to agree with you.

I might start doing a few of those round robbin ML parlays, like that guy a few nights back.

Last night I hit the Mil/Tor home dog ML parlay 15 to win 90. second shot at a ML parlay. night before I lost, but just have to win a few of those and you can do very well.

Really think those round robbin ML parlays could do well tomorrow night. For some reason friday nights in the NBA, alot of dogs win.

graduated top 4 scorers...it's hard enough to get 4 really good players at a service academy let alone 7-10 good players...also, they've lost like 4 coaches in 5-6 yrs...all of a sudden, the Air Force Academy is a launching pad for coaches...haha

You ask some old timers bettors if they bet NBA and they laugh in your face.....one guy told me one has a better chance of flushing his toilet with a wad of cash and hoping it gets stuck throughout the flush than consistently making money in NBA on a consistent season - to - season basis.....and this guy has been betting for like 30 years and seen it all....

i'll say this- watching the end of tonights game is why people think nba is fixed w/ the spread.

the spurs were slapping at the lakers 3 or 4 times to foul at the end, and the refs let it go the first few times. finally call it, for no reason since they were going to run the clock out, and then odom misses both. then finley comes down and calmy drains a jumper to cover.

now, it seems like a lot to digesst, but the books definitely needed the spurs tonight, and the early/sharp bettors probably had the game at 198ish.

that last sequence made ALOT of money change hands.

and this is an nba game on national TV. can you imagine what goes on in some of these off the wall college games with NO tv coverage.

i'm not saying tonight or the nba is fixed, but you can see why people think something is fishy alot of the time.

I'll say it for you, some games are fixed...if that didn't become obvious with the whole Tim Donaghy debacle, u guys are nieve...lol...saying the NBA is not fixed is like saying the only guys who have used/use roids in MLB are the ones named in the Mitchell report

I'll finish by saying that we're all dumbies for betting a sport that is fixed so I guess it's our fault when we lose on the NBA...haha

I never would have thought that before last year, but after Donaghue (whatever), who knows. Classic fix.

there is NO DOUBT IN MY MIND that lots of college games are fixed, especially in these small conferences. you telling me eastern washington/montana state couldn't be fixed? and more importantly, who would know?
