not to get off track here, but yeah, he's definitely HOF. i'm very biased in this issue, but IMO they should have a helluva lot more evidence to throw him in that report other than a trainer trying to avoid jailtime. (no old checks or tracking of packages). and yes, he would have been with or without the roids (if he did them). he already had 200+wins and 4 Cy's before the time period in question.
