IMO, the whole invesigation was a joke, and doesn't accomplish a damn thing. first off, how can you have someone who sits on the board of a MLB team (red sox) run the whole thing. and yes, to me it raises some questions as to how a METS clubhouse guy was the main source and not one prominent MET was named. call me naive, but i think its a reasonable question.

I say your angry because you seemed, in your post, to take offense that no Met was named. So what? As we agree, the report is worthless so take it for we agree it is worth and be done with it. No sense getting upset that someone was or was not named. Nothing is going to happen to any of these players and it only scratches the surface.

Would it make you feel better if they named 15 Mets? We all know the Mets don't cheat...we leave that to the Yankees, the Captain of the Red Sox and Belicheat....

SI.com has confirmed that Miguel Tejada, Roger Clemens and Andy Pettitte are named in the Mitchell Report.
SI.com also says Brian Roberts is there, as are former Yankees Mike Stanton, Jason Grimsley and Chuck Knoblauch. Apparently, steroids don't help you throw to first base.
