Everything this guy has been involved with is a failure. (only exeption was he was a hall of a player) As a coach, GM, owner of a league - he has failed. Knicks owner gave him a vote of confidence after last nights blowout at home against the shitty 76ers.

Isaiah's words of wisdom after last night: "We just have to get better". News flash - your not better and you've had way too much time to get better. How does this guy keep this job??????

While I can't stand Isiah, James Dolan is the bigger joke. He has no clue on how to run an organization. If he had any clue, especially following the embarrassing sexual harrassment trial this summer, he should fire Steve Mills, fire Isiah and buyout Marbury's contract. He needs to show the fans he has a clue and cares nad get rid of the these three clowns that made him look like the clueless ass he really is.

Once that is done, he needs to hire a respected basketball guy, preferrably with a NY Knick attachment, to run the team. While he has no connection, Chris Mullin's name has been in the paper but I would drop a dime on Bill Bradley and see if he is interested in running the Garden...not the Knicks, but replace Mills with Bradely, then hire a GM.

Unfortunatley, while Isiah is an embarrasment, he is only one part of an embarrassing organization.

Your right 3-jack, We got lucky here with the Wizards in getting a NY guy - Ernie Grunfeld. He is great.

Getting rid of Isaih is a good start though. He built this team and they have a solid core of role players, but they lack a leader. White Randolph is a double double every night, he is not a leader.

Curry needs more time to develop. Crawford and Robinson are sparkplugs off the bench. David Lee is the most consistant player on that team. Q Rich got rich off of the year he had in Phoenix and he was a product of that system. They have some solid players, but again they lack the true point guard and leader on the floor.

If they bought out Marbury and were able to dump someone young, maybe Jeffries or even a Curry for a solid point guard they should. No one will take Marbury, but if they can get someone to do so it would be so valuable to the Knicks. I actually think they can be a solid team in the East in another 2-3 years given the time and with the right coach.

GL with that...they way Isiah wastes money on free agents, that will never happen.

The only thing Isiah has done haf right is draft players...and I still think that is a result of them being a bad team. uys like Robinson, Balkman and others would get zero time on a good team. He gets props for Lee and that is it. Curry has no heart (in more wyas than one), Randolph is a decent player but needs help and the rest of this misfit outfit is a joke.
