Coach Scott Linehan says he'll decide within the next 12-24 hours whether Bulger will play against the Bengals, meaning Bulger could be downgraded to "out" or upgraded prior to game time. "It puts some questions in my mind as to whether or not he should be cleared to play," Scott Linehan said. If Brock Berlin starts, all Rams skill players should be significantly downgraded in fantasy leagues.
