LSU is a savy experienced team with close encounters in the last half of the season. Ohio State has too much time off again- 51 days is ridiculous. Almost 2 months of practice and lets get it over with attitude.

LSU 28 Ohio State 21. Tied with 2 minutes to play and the LSU defense runs an interception back for a TD.

You won't see anywhere in my post saying OSU isn't a good team. I also didn't say speed in and of itself mean the better team. What I will tell you is that more times than not, speed will win out. Ohio State's offense is nothing special, and when they face what will be by far the fastest defense they have seen all year, that offense will look very average. I also think LSU's offense is nothing special, and I think OSU has a pretty good defense (hard to say b/c they only faced one offense all year w/ a lot of speed in Illinois, and they gave up 400 yards) . THat's why I think this game is ugly, something like 21-14 or 24-14 Tigers.

I think Oklahoma, USC, and Georgia are all better teams than either LSU or OSU. The problems is, we will never know under this sham of a system. The ONLY damn sport that doesn't decide matters on the field, joke.

regardless of the time off---OSU had 51 or so days off when they beat Miami (2002)---LSU is suspect no matter what on the defensive side as well as on the o side---Hester great dude---Doucet awesome athlete---could go on---can't say a ton about Flynn---I think OSU is less of a team on O this year--no Ginn---no Troy Smith---Beanie Wells is tough---Boeckmen--jury is out--On paper right now I take LSU--the remaining factor is Tressel--the dude can prepare and the dude will keep these guys to his side for this game---last year was a free for all---all you saw was T. Smith on Letterman--then Leno--etc I don't think that happens this year---THink back---beat Miami--13.5 pt dog---KState 7 pt dog in bowl games--Tressel can prepare and defense wins championships--

Yeah, I thought Ohio State would win, but I didn't think they would crush Florida like some would. Most people lsat year said Ohio State would crush Florida though, and the opposite happened. This year people thinks LSU with crush OSU, hopefully the opposite happens again.
