Jeff Garcia (back) is listed as the Bucs' third QB in Week 13, and Luke McCown will start against New Orleans. Michael Pittman is active.

Pittman's return isn't great news for Earnest Graham, but Pittman won't be 100 percent and Graham is still a solid RB2 play. Even when Pittman was healthy he wasn't a major threat to Graham's carries. WR Micheal Spurlock, RB Lionel Gates, LB Jeremiah Trotter, G Dan Buenning, TE Keith Heinrich, DE Greg Spires, and DT Greg Peterson are the Bucs' other inactives.

                  Ouch

Jeff Garcia, who is the Bucs' emergency quarterback Sunday, has a hairline fracture in his back, according to ESPN's Chris Mortensen.

Coach Jon Gruden denied that an MRI revealed any structural damage in Garcia's back during the week, but he's been having difficulty rotating his torso to make a throwing motion. Brad Johnson suffered the same injury in 2002 and it took him three weeks to return to action. The St. Petersburg Times believes Garcia is also unlikely to play in Week 14.
