How has LSU proven to be more worthy than USC? Both are two loss teams, except USC didn't show up vs. a terrible Stanford team. I can't believe this shit. USC could play with LSU any day any where.

And I love how people bitch about OSU's schedule, which was soft. But you have to remember that it's not their fault that 2 teams backed out on them and they had to scramble for opponents that ended up being Kent St and Youngstown State. Same for Mich St backing out against Hawaii.

Now i'm gonna have to disagree a bit....

Southern Cal is no joke....and Miami at least comes from a power conference...but 8 out of 11 non conference games are pretty much jokes.

IMO, I think u guys R missing a huge point here...

The system should not all of sudden be augmented to fit LSU into the BCS champ game...BS...who cares that GA didn't win division...by default, they should move up...there are no rules in place for a so called divisional title...just like if Notre Dame wins & is ranked #2, what damn conference are they in??

IMO, the BCS is garbage & they've basically admitted that this system means nothing...other than that $$$ is what makes system...who would be better draw, obviously LSU, who lost twice & who cares if it was 3 OT's or 10 OT's...

No team makes all of their non-conference games other teams from BCS conferences. 2 of those 4 next year will have played in bowls this year.

LSU played one tough non-conf game this year and 3 cupcakes: Va Tech, Mid Tenn St, Tulane, La Tech.

Oklahoma played N Texas, Miami, Utah St, and Tulsa

Agree with the LSU arguement...but I think you would even agree that the Big 10 isn't a power conference it used to be....and quite possibly the 4th or 5th power conference in the nation....so in saying that..don't you want to beef up the non conference schedule?

LSU might have had a weak non conference schedule...but with the #1 conference in the nation as far as power rating, they won it.

Then again...if you back into the title game...i would guess you wouldn't want to schedule any touger games...lol
