Georiga lost at HOME to a 5-7 South Carolina and got spanked by Tennesee. LSU lost twice in TRIPLE OT.

And I love how people bitch about OSU's schedule, which was soft. But you have to remember that it's not their fault that 2 teams backed out on them and they had to scramble for opponents that ended up being Kent St and Youngstown State. Same for Mich St backing out against Hawaii.

Yeah, I'd say it's 90% though. There's a big gap in the coach's poll between LSU and Oklahoma, and it does matter how many voting points you have, not just that you're #2 or #3. Fortunately, I'll be happy either way Jan 7, as I have a prop bet on LSU from the preseason. But obviously I'll sacrifice a few hundred bucks for title #8, haha.

How has LSU proven to be more worthy than USC? Both are two loss teams, except USC didn't show up vs. a terrible Stanford team. I can't believe this shit. USC could play with LSU any day any where.

IMO, I think u guys R missing a huge point here...

The system should not all of sudden be augmented to fit LSU into the BCS champ game...BS...who cares that GA didn't win division...by default, they should move up...there are no rules in place for a so called divisional title...just like if Notre Dame wins & is ranked #2, what damn conference are they in??

IMO, the BCS is garbage & they've basically admitted that this system means nothing...other than that $$$ is what makes system...who would be better draw, obviously LSU, who lost twice & who cares if it was 3 OT's or 10 OT's...

Same thing as last year when Florida jumped Michigan. Michigan didn't win their conference, Florida won one of the toughest conferences in the country.

Last week, LSU was not the SEC champ, now they are. I think they deserve it over Georgia and Kansas. As for them vs. Oklahoma and USC, I dunno. To me, LSU hasn't looked as impressive as either of those teams over the course of the season. But the votoers love the SEC and my having the team they had at #1 most of the season in the title game, it makes them look better. I have have voted LSU #2 as well though.

Ohio State deserves to get in based on their record, but their schedule was shit. They will get exposed just like Missouri did last night. Overrated team playing a cup cake schedule.
