Big Moves in NYG/CHI and CIN/PIT Totals?

the weather isn't that bad in CHI

anyone have any info on these line moves? NYG/CHI from 42.5 to 38.5 and CIN/PIT from 48 to 38

the MIA/PIT Monday night game didn't even see line moves this large

Its pretty crappy here in chi.

Rain/sleet/snow/freezing rain all last night and into today. It has warmed up to about 45, and it isn't real windy, but I'm not sure how the field will hold up. In good weather, I loved the Bears over today...now, I'm just laying off.
