New BCS Rankings - Who is going to the Championship Game?

Well I really think this is great because there is a gonna be so many schools crying foul more than ever this year at this BS BCS system. So my hope is some sort of playoff will be forced next year and it really could happen. As far as anyone thinking Va Tech should go instead of LSU is on crack. I dont care of where they are now..they have the same record and LSU DESTROYED Va tech. Kansas is a joke. Ohio St. even though in a bad conference is in IMO. LSU sure as hell should jump GA! Think about it.... they have the same record in the same conferece, but LSU won the fucking SEC title, so damn right they jump them! My matchup in this fucked up year is Ohio st. vs Hawaii! Why the fuck not? This is a perfect opportunity to give them a chance. OSU really cant matchup to a healthy LSU squad, but if Hawaii can win tonight, I honesty think they can beat OSU on a neutral site and they would deserve it!

They should just have LSU play Georgia. After all, the 5 best team in the SEC is better than any other team in the country. Or is that the 3rd best team in the Sun Belt? Or the 7th in the Pac 10? I forget.

It should be LSU as the 2nd team though. Maybe Ohio State can win in OT and Les and still say they are undefeated in regulation.

Note this: I have an outstanding prop bet on LSU preseason at 8-1. However, I wouldn't say that OSU couldn't "match up" with a healthy LSU team. I was really into LSU being dominant preseason, but they have disappointed alot. I think OSU matches up a ton better against them than a Hawaii team that would throw every down. However, I don't think Hawaii has a realistic shot.

You may be right Apples, but I disagree. I have always had much respect for OSU and the BIg ten , but this year has been the worst IVe seen in awhile. ( so watch them win it all by 21!) LSU just has so many athletes, and with over a month to prepare for a game they could really do alot of damage to OSU cause they really do have more talent. True that doesnt always matter, but I really dont want them in the championship. The point I was really trying to make and didnt was that with all the crazy shit that has happened this year why not give Hawaii a shot, and I dont want to see a 2 loss team given anything.( meaning LSU)

I totally agree with you. I only said who I thought deserved it in some sort of fucked up senario. USC, OU, and GA are playing the best ball of anyone right now. LSU can get healthier with Dorsey back and others, and really throttle a team, but I dont want that. I want Hawaii to win tonight and then there should be no reason why they shouldnt be given a shot. I know they arent the best team in the nation, but anything could happen and you go undefeated in this crazy year you deserve a shot.

Makes sense and you may be right, but LSU won their conference with same record as GA and..... KU hasnt beaten a top 25 team! IF Hawaii doesnt win tonight its LSU vs OSU.

This is the truth. My fiance knows more about football than anyone I know. She lives because Ohio state, Miami Dolphins and sometimes the Phill. Eagles, are playing football games five months out of the year. we live in Atlanta which is a big Bulldog town, (no offense GT.). My two best friends are from New Orleans and breath LSU and NO football. Personally my heart is where my money is,but now I got to live with a lady for the next five weeks who will be talking shit about my good friends trash talk, while they are saying how can you live with a person like that! WTF, I hope it is Kansas vs USC now.

Yeah, it is too bad TN kept pulling out the miraculous games against KY and Vandy. Otherwise, we would have had LSS playing Georgia yesterday, and the winner of that game would have for sure played Ohio State, and most wouldn't have had an issue.

I remember that big 12 championship game well. I was at Arrowhead Stadium that cold Dec. night. Had to put up with a lot of shit from K-State fans.

KB, I really liked seeing that defensive show the Sooners put on last night. I think Auston English coming back, even at 75 or 80%, made a big difference.

English is a HUGE player for our defense. That Beal kid played really well too. I loved seeing Chase ranting and raving on the sideline
