hey guys I know both of you are out on the islands. I was just wondering if anyone can give me the mood of the atmosphere.

I want to take Hawaii -3.5 for the first quarter, they seem to blow up in the first quarter.

any thoughts or info is appreciated....thanks guys break out the tea leaves !

Is washington there to play or did they just want to go to the beach ? know what I mean ?

The team's been saying all the right things throughout the week..... they set a goal at the beginning of the season to go 12-0. Their goal was not BCS bowl game, it was go undefeated, so I believe they have their priorities straight and will be focused for the game.

As for Washington, they didn't arrive in the islands until 10 or 11 PM Hawaii time, that's past midnight in Seattle. They were stuck in SeaTac for several hours..... they may be a tired team. Only game prep they'll have had here would've taken place this morning and the weather wasn't great.

The weather was terrible last night but has lightened up throughout the day..... forecast predicted rain throughout the weekend but right now it looks alright. Pretty humid, feels like it's getting ready to dump more rain, winds holding at about 10-20..... normal wind pattern with this weather. If it doesn't rain, it'll stay humid through the evening which may take it's toll on the tired Huskies..... it's not East Coast summertime humid, but sticky nonetheless.

JMO...But I think the play on the 1st quarter or the half is the way to go. I expect them to come out big, then try and kill clock. This gives UW the chance for a back door cover. Could be wrong though and they could kick the shit out of them all together.

UW's plane got in late last night, and they may be looking ahead to some R&R as they are staying a few days after the game to get some sun.

GL whichever way you go, but I think you have the right idea.

I thank everyone for there replies but I'm done with this game. Personally I hit V.T, LSU and OKL.

I know it is stupid, should have just taken my 3-0 day but I had to get greedy. still rooting for hawaii but the 1st quarter play is a loss.
