Easiest Bet on the board every night

By far of late(and for the whole season for that matter) the best bet on the board has been betting against the Tigers and giving the 1 1/2 runs;playing over is also a good bet.
For life of me I can't understand especially now with season near end and this miserable bunch of misfits playing out the string, why people come up here every night and bet on these guys.
Yeah once in a while they might get lucky(not very often) but usually not against teams that are still in hunt for playoff spot.
For me the last few weeks it has been automatic, against Tigers giving 1 1/2 runs and smaller play on the over-I am not going crazy with the amounts but see much better value in betting against these guys than on them;betting on the worst team in major league history especially now makes no sense to me.
If anyone says they have made money over the entire season by betting on the Tigers, I would not believe him-impossible unless the person bet one or two games at most.
Sure I may lose a few times by betting against these guys, but I think of the Tigers overall in the same way I would think of a bad stock in the stock market;in latter case, I would short it-same thing here by betting against them as trend is down with no hope of recovery for this season anyways.

Well said. Wagering against det and the under on dodgers would all you would need to do this summer to come out WAY AHEAD, wish I had done it..

Savage all I can say is I really hope the Tigers wait until the Last friday of the season against the TWINS. I have tickets for that game and hope I'm there for the special event :D :tongue:

I honestly feel bad for them, they got 2 players making over $500,000 and that's:

Young over $4 million
Higginson over $2 million

No starting pitcher makes over $400,000

Hell, I be more than happy to lose 30 games and make $400,000.

What a joke this team is, at least they make the Mets look good, hell even makes the '62 Mets look good.
Mets won a world Series 7 years later, don't think the Tigers will win it in 2010. the RedSox, WhiteSox and Cubs got a better shot of all 3 winning over next 7 years be4 them.

since aug 13 til sept 16...32 days...if you layed the 1 1/2 runs against the tigers you would have only lost 10 times....

Predator-you got it right. Kind of pricey tonight even with the 1 1/2 runs.
I would be curious as to how many of those games in the 32 day cycle went over the total also.

savage, Seattle is choking hard down the stretch and i'm feeling real good about Lowe and Pedro. I don't like wakefield as the 3rd starter and i'm wondering who it's gonna be but i wish Suppan would step it up and take the role. They are really looking great in all areas except that 3rd starter. What will October bring us? :D
