Who do you think is the one college football team that would be a favorite over any other team on a neutral field?

Its not missouri, there not even favorite over Oklahoma. Do you think West Vir would be favorite over Ohio St or Georgia?

Most odds are within a couple points of the Sagarin ratings different between the teams. Not the Elo Chess number, but the predictor. For those of you that don't use the Sagarins are all, the Predictor uses margin of victory and the Elo Chess does not. The BCS uses the Elo Chess but you can cap with the Predictor, in both NCAA bball and football.

Anyway, the higher rated team there is Oklahoma, but by less than a point over Florida and West Virginia and less than 2 over Ohio State. USC is a distant 5 points back and LSU 4.

Some tweaking would be done by the books, but I think Oklahoma or WV would be the answer to your question.

Missouri will be favored over Ohio state, West Virginia, Georgia . But USC LSU and we know OU would be favored over them.
