Luke McCown is expected to be the Bucs' starting QB in Week 13.
Jeff Garcia (back) still can't throw, so McCown will get first-team snaps this week. Bruce Gradkowski's poor Week 12 effort has apparently cost him his backup job. McCown can be picked up in two-QB leagues, but isn't an option in standard formats despite a favorable matchup at New Orleans.
