I agree that the whole story is not and may not be told. I think this was more of a hit that a burglary JMO. He had a lot of enemies down there. Why no security alarms on a multi million dollar mansion in a wealthy neighborhood??

it was not a wealthy neighborhood by south florida standards,,,,,i do not even think his house was a million dollars....i think 900k......nice...but not lavish......also neighborhoods here are not like what they are most places....I am from CT and if you were in a wealthy neighborhood you were far from any hint of crime...In South Florida there is no land...so nice places border shitty places.....it is easy to end up in hell rather quickly....

1st off this is not a multi-million dollar mansion that is in a secluded area....It is in a place called Old Cutler Road which is a revitalized area....but not an elite place at all....In fact many comments here were that with his type of money why did he not seclude himself in the areas where many athletes live like Shaq and D-Wade.....

Just wanted to get that out there........but does not excuse the act....Says down here that the police are getting leads....

Many are also perplexed knowing that 8 days ago a threat (break in) took place with a warning and he did nothing....no extra security.....nothing...Hindsight is always 20/20, but these are some of the questions i am hearing on radio in south florida today......

talked to a doc friend of mine and he said with that artery bleed out can take as little as 5 minutes......and then after that recovery is almost impossible and if someone does....almost surely brain damage

femoral artery is one of the worst places to be stabbed or shot.......

Taylor's girlfreind said they were awakened by loud noises. Experienced burgalrs don't make any noise.

She said they burst through the bedroom door and shot twice at Taylor. The story isn't clear, after that, but I'm assuming they shot him and left. Surprised burglars would probably shoot everybody who could identify them.

There's an underlying story, here, that we may never know.

A friend of mine is a coach in the NFL and he told me this morning that he was shot by his girlfriend and details will be released once an investigation is complete.....Take it for what its worth but I dont know how true this is and im sure he just overheard from a player or something who might know him
