must be this strict diet i am on....trying to get to under 10% bodyfat by christmas.....getting close....
** i was used to eating chickens the size of rook and now i am cutting way back on portions and low carbs 3 days on and then a re-feed every 4th day....and cranking up the cardio 2x per day....
