White Sox, Angels dealing!

Sox just traded John Garland to LAA for Orlando Cabrera!!

Now, I"m a Cubs fan, but this seems like very little in return for a pretty solid starting pitcher??????

Seems that way but maybe there is some kind of money or contract situation we dont know about.
