I agree that they got the call right, but i dont think its fair that they reviewed an unreviewable play. They can now do this whenver they want.

Is that actually stated somewhere with "if a ball goes through the post and kicks back into the endzone it is a FG miss. Even if it cleared the post this is a nonreviewable play sort of thing"...

The backlash would have been 20 times worse for the NFL if they did nothing and said sorry we just can't review it. They would have been apologizing all week.

agreed, but it looks like he has all the throws and makes good decisions...add the fact that they have Braylon Edwards and Winslow, if they get a star back, this offense will be a force for a long time

your previous statement was about them having to apologize to everyone for not being able to review it had it turned out that way.

I simply made the opposite side of the argument.

What if it was a nonreviewable play and they went to the cameras anyways and then overturned it. They would have then had to apologize to BAL.


Everything was all in hypothetical talk...but you took mine seriously.

I think he is--5 days before the season started Cleveland didn't even know who their start would be--he is done a great job--Cleveland will fail though as their Defense is pathetic--giving up some heavy duty points---Andersen is good--Cribbs is a stud IMO--
