fg was good, but ravens were SCREWED.... it was ruled a missed FG, and the ravens were already in the f-n locker room!!! The refs then overturned it, WITHOUT IT BEING CHALLENGED from the booth - which is against the rules.... and then the ravens had to come back onto the field and play OT.... the FG really was good, but how the hell can two officials that are right there mess it up so bad that the teams were in the locker rooms?

The league just got it hand caught in the cookie jar. The refs didn't go under the hood to review, but the league obviously called down to the field letting them know it was good and to overturn the call on the field. Then, in the CBS studio, they said that the league just called in to say that FG's are in fact reviewable, despite the fact that the FG wasn't reviewed. The call was right, and that's the most important issue of course, but I still find it hilarious how furiously the league was moved and all the strings it pulled to cover its own tracks.

FG's have NEVER been reviewable before and the league got caught with their pants down when James Brown on CBS announced that the league just called into their studio to report that FG's are, in fact, reviewable, despite the rule book saying otherwise. Again, the reversed call was right and that's the most important thing, but technically, the original call on the field should've stood according to what the league's own rule book states
