I know most are not fans of the "footie" but it pays off just like the games on this side of the pond.
The Copa del Rey is Spain's national tournament, that starts by pitting weak teams against top teams, so it is seen as largely an exhibition by most top teams. Scores (and odds) are thus not nearly as large as they would be if these games were valued more by the top squads.
This would be somewhat equivalent to pitting MLB teams against double or triple A teams for a week a year. Top players are likely to sit, and the occasional "upset" is always possible.
That being said, Villareal is a top 4 Spanish squad going up against Las Palmas, who are dead last in the minor leagues of Spanish soccer. While Las Palmas has the advantage of playing at home, they have a horrific 1-5 record at home this year playing against the weak teams in their division. Villareal will not send some of its top players into this contest, but Las Palmas is a terrible, non-scoring team who can only pray for a 0-0 match. Villareal's second squad should not have a problem finding ways to score against this bunch, and at -165 for a top team vs a terrible team, this is an amazing value.
Lineups are already out, and Villareal has some scorers playing in this game. This is a value based on the standard apathy of top teams in this tourney, but the talent gap between these two squads is far too vast for the number to be this small. This is a great value for a very good team vs a team that can't score and can't win in the minors.
Good luck.
