Huge Cubs' fan, and even though Jones had a good...that is all...good....second half last year, I say good ridence. Below average defensive player, horrible plate discepline, and even after playing the whole second half of the season, he finished with like 5 HR's!!

Now, not real thrilled about getting another utility infielder....seems that is all the Cubs have in the middle infield, but must remember that the Cubs dumped 3mil in salary. IF they spend that money on players, then I'm fine with the trade, if they are just dumping salary, that sucks!

They didn't trade Babe Ruth here, it was a below average outfielder making too much money.
