Texas-vs-Texas Tech...

Heading to Austin to watch the game this Saturday...does anyone have a strong opinion on the game...my line is

Texas -7 o/u 65.5

Any and all opinions will be appreciated...

If last week was any indication how Texas is against a high powered offense I see Texas Tech winning outright.I think TT takes the lead and never looks back.

If I HAD to make a play I would go over. Last 5 years this game has been over 66 points. Last two Texas has given up 25 to Ok St and Nebraska. Texas averaging 34 a game, TT averaging 42 a game. Against common apponents looks similar. Texas with a ton of injuries on the defensive side.

Texas seems to have Tech's number, unfortunately. Texas has had a rabbit's foot wedged up its ass most of the year, with some poorly played games emerging as late winner ( UCF, OkSt).

Tech has started slow the last three ( 0 points in first quarter) and that has been Texas' problem as well with the slow starts.

If I had to wager, I couldn't play Red Raiders here. Turnovers, as usual, will be key. Unfortunately, there is no way to tell ahead of time who wins that battle

WOW...looks like the board is split. Id like to convince myself to take UT, but ive been leaning to TT. Im not a big fan of either, just wanted to go and watch a good game in a good party atmosphere...Keep the thoughts coming as my choice is still in the air...Appreciate it guys.
