That's what the line would be if there was a -1. If they win by 1, you lose 0.4 units, if they lose, you lose 2.9 units, and if they win by 2 you win 2 units. It gets tricky when you try to make it a 1 unit play, but here's how you would do it.
0.95 to win 0.5 unit and 0.5 unit to win 0.7 units, which is 1.65 units to win 1 unit. Got it?
