Sunday's NFL In Game Thread!!

Wayne, Pats are the best team in the NFL as we speak and were the better team today, but who exactly, outside of a couple of people (i.e. T-Mac) on this website, has been saying this is the game they lose? The majority have been praising NE to the point of making most non-NE fans sick! They deserve it...they have been great and their offense has been prolific. But the majority are crowning the Pats champs before this game and will do so even more now.

Why is it Pats fans have this us against the word mentality? It as if no one outside of NE believes they are any good?

All I have to say to Wayne is it must be great to be a sports fans in New England. Red Sox, Patriots and even the Celtics look hard to beat!

Why you ask? Probably because someone always jumps in with an excuse to "Why" N.E. won. Tonight it was no Harrison, before it was no defense for Indy, then it was bad weather in N.E., then it was we had the better kicker. It's never just, they beat us. I agree, alot of people say it but i don't understand others who always make excuses. I heard for years that Brady Won because he was a "System" QB. Then i heard it was because of their defense. Now it's because of all his weapons. The guy has won in every scenario but excuses are always used as to why they won. It is because of Brady 1st and foremost. Most N.E. fans always said if he had the weapons, people would see how good he can be. Now he has them, he is setting records, and some want to cry because they pile it on too much. It's hilarious!

He can't stop the run, he can't run with people, he can't jump, and he can't defend passes. He must give great head for them to keep playing him. Good thing we traded out of the first round....lord knows we do not need safety help.

My best friend called me from NY yesterday (fellow Giant fan) telling me he wished the Pats would get waxed because for 2.5 hrs on the FAN yesterday all the talk was about how great the Pats are.

As tired as you are hearing all the excuses, I am tired of hearing all these Pats fans with this mentality that no one gives them any credit. Give me a break. Maybe its because I live in Boston, but I am sick and tired of hearing how great they are...but it is deserving.

I don't mind the Red Sox chatter...Sox fans and Pats fans are different breeds. Its funny as they are the same people but the way the root for their teams is completely different.

As well you should enjoy...few team look this good through 9 games.
