Amazing to me that some of these guys because the were an AC in the NFL the assumption is they will make a good HC...give me a college guy who's experienced at AC and worked his way from a HC job at a smaller school and proven he can win their and he'll do well at the bigger D1 schools.
Pete Carroll at USC is the only HC in CFB that comes to mind w/ an NFL background that has had success but I'm sure there might be others...maybe?
