Everyone knew it was a rebuilding year. Nothing surprises or disappoints me with Notre dame this year......there were no expectations.

Now on the other hand...losing to a community college when your supposed to play for the national title...just has a different sting to it for me.

LOL ... Who said Michigan was supposed to play for the Title? You?? According to the polls, 4 teams were ahead of them. C'mon Rook, you stick up for your teams no matter how much they suck and never have expectations for them. None of Charlie's recruits have done squat. His best year came with guys someone else recruited. He treated one of his recruits like garbage and made him leave too. When you have CFB by the balls like N.D. does with their own t.v. contract, any schedule they want, and their history, you need to do better than 1 friggin' win in the 1st week of November. Say what you want about Michigan but N.D. is a joke right now.

Charlie already scared away a QB and then treated him like shit when he tried to transfer. Do you really think anyone is excited about going to N.D. right now with all the other programs out there? Recruits on paper don't mean anything if they have a clueless coach on the field!
