Tough decision in this game and I am basing my play on Branden Ore and the VT's defensive secondary who is 43 or 44th in the nation. Ore needs 80 or more yards for VT to win this game..IMO... I may be way off base here but that is the way I see it. GT lost there big stud RB last week vs. Army Tashard Choice. Grant will replace him and did a formidable job last week against Army--he has like 240 yards for the year rushing.
GT ranked #9 in the nation vs the rush and #30 vs the pass which is key as well. I still think if VT can not run they will not be able to pass the ball effectively--GT 56th in the nation in passing...Looking like on paper a very low scoring game but we know what that may mean...
